Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition you received it.
- It should be unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- When you receive your order, please make a video of opening the packaging and share it with us, if there is any problem with the product so that we can resolve it later. And never forget to give your feedback on the website.
Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Customized designs
- Any product modified or altered as per buyer’s request
These products are made specifically for you and are therefore non-refundable and non-returnable.
Exchanges
We do not accept direct exchanges.
